Rokoktoto's Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the rokoktoto website or mobile application. They form a legally binding agreement between rokoktoto and its users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Rokoktoto is an online gaming platform operating under an international license. These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh and are provided in English for ease of understanding. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions, the English version shall prevail.

These terms may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, rokoktoto will notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Register

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering on rokoktoto. Creating an account with false information is a direct violation of these terms and conditions, and the account may be closed at any time as a result.

The following information must be provided accurately at the time of registration:

• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Active Mobile Number
• Valid Email Address
• Preferred Payment Method

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3. Age & Eligibility

Rokoktoto is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old to play games or place bets. Any account found to be used by someone under 18 will be suspended immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.

Rokoktoto may request identity documents for age verification at any time. Payment processing may be put on hold until verification is complete. Parents and guardians are urged to ensure that minors cannot access this platform.

Additionally, using rokoktoto from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions. It is each user's own responsibility to comply with the laws of their jurisdiction.

4. Deposits & Payments

Deposits on rokoktoto can be made using popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100
• Maximum deposit: BDT 5,00,000 per day
• No additional charges on deposits
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned.

Rokoktoto does not accept illegal or suspicious transactions. We comply with applicable laws to prevent money laundering and reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawal Policy

Account identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed on rokoktoto. Large withdrawal requests will not be approved without verified identity.

• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500
• Maximum withdrawal: BDT 2,00,000 per day
• Average processing time: 15 minutes
• Maximum 7 withdrawal requests per week
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment method used at the time of deposit. Under our reverse withdrawal policy, there may be limited options to cancel a withdrawal request that is already being processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Rokoktoto regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are outlined in the respective offer details. Claiming a bonus is considered acceptance of that offer's terms.

General bonus rules:

• Welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
• Winnings from bonus funds will be withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements are met
• Bonuses cannot be combined — only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Rokoktoto reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided

7. Gaming Rules

All games on rokoktoto use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, meaning every game outcome is completely random and never predetermined. Fairness is ensured through regular third-party audits.

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during gameplay, rokoktoto will make every effort to restore the player's session. However, in the case of unavoidable technical issues, the game result may be voided and the wager refunded.

• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded
• In the event of a dealer error in Live Casino, house rules apply
• Any active bets will remain open if you are logged out mid-game.
• Playing from multiple devices simultaneously is permitted.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under rokoktoto's terms and conditions:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated bots or software to play games
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Colluding or manipulating outcomes with other players
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Hacking or attempted cyber attacks
• Harassing or abusing other users

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Rokoktoto reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• Voluntary or mandatory break under the Responsible Gaming policy

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rokoktoto provides its services on an "as is" basis. rokoktoto shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues on the platform.

Gaming involves financial risk. rokoktoto will not compensate for any losses incurred on the platform. Players participate and make financial decisions at their own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may close your account and discontinue use of the service.
